📍 Aura South Viewing Point – Bells Creek Road, Coochin Creek

Stockland is one of Australia's largest diversified property groups with a strong track record of delivering quality homes and economic development areas on the Sunshine Coast. Their approach is distinctive, bringing a unique combination of development expertise and deep customer insight to create and curate connected and thriving communities.

Join us for May's Coffee in Caloundra event at the site of Stockland’s proposed new masterplanned community, Aura South, on Bells Creek Road at Coochin Creek. Stockland is excited to share their vision for delivering vital new and affordable homes and employment lands for the region, while protecting and enhancing environmental values—setting a new standard in liveability and sustainability. Come along, check out the sights from the viewing tower, and learn how they plan to transform the largely cleared, ex-pine plantation into a prosperous new community that preserves and promotes the unique Sunshine Coast character we all know and love.

Make sure you grab your ticket, and we cannot wait to see you there!

*Members of Caloundra Chamber receive a free coffee. If you are not yet a member, tickets are $15.

*We would like to inform you of a new policy regarding attendance at our #CoffeeinCaloundra events. If you fail to attend two consecutive sessions without prior notice, a $20 fee will be applied.

Thank you for your understanding.
