About the Event

More Than Canapés is a new after-hours Chamber event designed to bring the Caloundra business community together for an evening of connection, conversation, and a few exciting things on the horizon.

Hosted by Chamber members Bob and Anna at Bianco Italian Restaurant, the night will feature a premium selection of five-star canapés, offering guests a taste of Bianco’s renowned hospitality. 

Alongside great food and great company, the evening will also give members a glimpse into some exciting initiatives currently in motion for the Chamber, including new ideas focused on celebrating and supporting Caloundra’s vibrant dining and hospitality scene.

We’ll also take the opportunity to introduce Dan Vinson, our new Commercial Manager, and hear a short update from Chamber President Michael Shadforth as we share what’s ahead for the Chamber and our local business community.

This is shaping up to be one of the standout Chamber events of the year - and one you won’t want to miss.

• Tomino E Prosciutto: golden fried pieces of Tomino cheese, served with Prosciutto
• Signature Pizza: Chef’s selection of Bianco signature pizzas
• Arancini Balls: fried Risotto Balls filled with Tomato & Mozzarella
• Gamberoni Saor: Venetian style prawns with sweet-and-sour onions
• Porcini Risotto: creamy porcini mushroom risotto

Tickets include one drink per person, with additional drinks available for purchase.
