ELEVATE BUSINESS SERIES - Session One: Learning for Leaders

At the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce, we believe strong businesses build strong communities. While learning and professional development remain important, real business growth happens when education is combined with meaningful connections, collaboration, advocacy and opportunities to contribute to something bigger than ourselves. This is why we are proud to launch the Elevate Business Series - a new initiative designed to support our members with more than learning alone.

Our inaugural Elevate Business Series session explores an important question:

What is the true cost of playing it safe as a leader?

Facilitated by Jacqueline Delarue, Founder of The L.E.A.D Experience, this dedicated two-hour session is designed for business owners, professionals and leaders looking to better understand the gap between capability and confidence, and what it takes to lead with greater authority and impact.

Throughout the session, participants will explore the behaviours and patterns that often hold capable leaders back, learn practical frameworks for leadership development, participate in facilitated discussions and walk away with tangible actions they can immediately apply in their workplace.

This is an opportunity to challenge your thinking, strengthen your leadership and connect with other ambitious people committed to building stronger businesses and a stronger region.
